These Terms govern your use of the website and services operated by The Content Hacker ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using the service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
The Content Hacker provides an online platform for creators including AI-powered content tools, a self-paced course (the "Content OS"), a content planner, and related features. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Our tools use generative AI. You are responsible for the prompts and content you provide, for verifying the accuracy and suitability of outputs, and for having the necessary rights to any content you input. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice. You must not use the service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak underlying models. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, suspend accounts, and act on rights-holder complaints (including for repeat infringers).
We retain ownership of the service, its software, documentation and branding. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of content you input; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
The Content Hacker is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Any future paid features will be clearly communicated, and you will have the opportunity to opt in or continue using free features.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the service ends; we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
